Refund Policy
Effective date: 11 June 2026
1. Refund Window
Customers may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered if:
- Request is submitted within 7 days
- Less than 25% of course content has been consumed
- No certificate has been issued
- No completion status has been generated
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds shall not be granted where:
- More than 25% of content has been accessed
- Request is submitted after 7 days
- Certification has been issued
- Internship program has commenced
- Event participation has occurred
- Affiliate commissions have been paid
- Fraudulent activity is detected
4. Outcome-Based Refunds
Refunds shall not be granted solely because:
- User did not obtain employment
- User did not receive an internship
- User did not receive funding
- User did not achieve business success
- User did not generate expected income
- User did not achieve expected trading profits
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7–15 business days.
